3:00 - 5:00 pm: Check-in at the Clarion Hotel & Convention Center

6:00 - 7:00 pm: Dinner on your own*

8:00 - 9:30 pm: Welcome session at the Clarion; Introduction of speakers

9:30 - 10:30 pm: Ice cream social; informal time with speakers

Friday, April 16:

8:00 am: Hot breakfast at the hotel (for hotel guests)

9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Speaker's presentations

12:00 1:30 pm: Lunch break on your own*

2:00 - 5:00 pm: Speaker's presentations

5:00 - 6:15 pm: Catered dinner together at the hotel (included)

6:45 pm:  Arrive at Sight 'N Sound Theatre

7:30 pm: Production of 'Jesus' (included)

Saturday, April 17:

8:00 am: Hot breakfast at the hotel (for hotel guests)

8:30 am: Head to Wonders of Wildlife in Springfield, MO

9:30 am - 1:30 pm: Wonders of Wildlife and lunch @ Hemingway's

2:15 pm:  Arrive at the hotel

2:30 - 5:30 pm:  Speaker's presentations

6:00 - 7:00 pm:  Catered dinner together at the hotel (included)

7:30 - 9:00 pm:  Speaker's Q & A session

9:00 - 10:30 pm: Meet 'N Greet with the Speakers

Sunday, April 18:

8:00 am:  Hot breakfast at the hotel (for hotel guests)

9:00 - 10:30 am:  Sunday Praise & Worship Service at the hotel

10:30 - 11:30 am: Informal time with the Speakers

11:30 am:  Check-out of the hotel OR get ready for optional trip to Eureka Springs
